Eagle Unlimited Members

Eagle membership provides unlimited simulator access designed for serious, consistent training. To ensure availability for all Eagle members, the following guidelines apply:

Booking Rules

• Maximum 2 active reservations held at any time

• Sessions are capped at 3 hours

​

Peak Hour Guidelines

• Peak hours are defined as Monday–Friday, 5pm–10pm and Saturday–Sunday 8am–10pm

• Members are encouraged to limit peak reservations to 2 per week to ensure availability for fellow Eagle members

• Repeated monopolization of peak slots is subject to review

​

What Fair Use Looks Like

• Using your membership consistently for personal training

• Booking in advance and canceling promptly if plans change

• Being mindful of fellow members during high-demand windows

​

What Falls Outside Fair Use

• Holding reservations with no intention of using them

• Booking on behalf of non-members as a workaround to guest limits

• Commercial instruction or paid lessons of any kind

• Consistently occupying peak slots in patterns that block access for others

​

Enforcement

• First pattern of concern: friendly outreach from club management

• Repeated violations: temporary booking restrictions

• Continued violations: membership review and potential cancellation without refund of the remaining period
