These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of flyersgolfclub.com (the "Site") and our text messaging program, operated by Flyers Golf Club LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and prospective members. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. USE OF THE SITE
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Copy or reproduce any content from the Site without our written permission
Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site
Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is owned by Flyers Golf Club LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use any of this content without our prior written consent.
4. MEMBERSHIP & BOOKING
Membership and booking are governed by our separate Membership Terms & Conditions, which members accept at the time of purchase. If these Terms conflict with the Membership Terms & Conditions, the Membership Terms & Conditions control with respect to your membership.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Site uses third-party services, including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and the Trackman Booking & Payments platform. Your use of these services is also subject to each provider's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these providers.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Flyers Golf Club LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in Escambia County, Florida.
11. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) TERMS
Flyers Golf Club LLC offers a text messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Messages: You may receive occasional automated text messages, including replies to your inquiry, help scheduling a visit, account and booking notices, and marketing messages about membership, events, and offers. Some replies are sent by an AI-powered assistant, and our team reviews these conversations and may reply personally. You consent to receive these messages even if your number is on a Do Not Call list.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership or purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Rates: We do not charge for the Program, but message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
Our numbers: Our messages may come from (850) 407-7637, (855) 918-5287, or (850) 530-9785. If we change numbers, we will let you know.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that number. You will receive one confirmation text. To stop all texts from Flyers Golf Club, reply STOP to each number or contact us and we will remove you. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number you are authorized to use and to let us know if it changes.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, or for errors in message content.
Privacy: Our handling of your information, including your mobile number and messaging consent, is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.flyersgolfclub.com/privacy-policy.
